This site belongs to Intuitive Wellness with Krysta (Krysta Smith, Licensed Massage Therapist, FL License MA-95237) at 4109 Little Rd. Suite 102, New Port Richey, FL 34655. Here's what it collects and what happens to it.

What the forms collect

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, and a message. The new-client intake form also asks about the service you want, health details that matter for massage (injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, medications, conditions), how you heard about us, and your consent to the booking and cancellation terms.

How it's used

Form submissions go to Krysta by email through Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site. She uses them to reply to you, prepare for your session, and keep a record of your intake as required for massage practice in Florida. Health details are used only to plan safe sessions. They aren't sold, shared for marketing, or used for anything else.

Booking

Appointments are booked on GlossGenius, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Payment details are handled there, not on this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set advertising cookies. Netlify collects anonymous performance measurements (page load timing) to keep the site fast. Booking links open GlossGenius, which has its own cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what's been collected about you by emailing info@intuitivewellnesswithkrysta.com or calling 727-597-3184. Intake records tied to sessions you've had are kept for as long as Florida rules require.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date updated. Last updated August 2026.
