Krysta Smith, holistic wellness practitioner and licensed massage therapist in New Port Richey, Florida

About Krysta Smith

Krysta Smith is a massage therapist and embodiment coach who helps people reconnect with their bodies and find some calm in the chaos. Her journey into this work started in 2014 after having her first child. She was dealing with anxiety and feeling completely overwhelmed, and that's when she discovered how powerful holistic healing could be. Since then, she's trained as a yoga teacher, studied meditation with Sadhguru, became a birth doula, and explored herbalism, breathwork, and sound therapy. In 2019, she got her massage therapy license, which let her combine everything she'd learned about the body with hands on work that actually helps people feel better. These days, she specializes in things like NeoLifting facials, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and embodiment coaching. She pulls from Ayurvedic principles and always keeps the nervous system in mind, because she knows firsthand how stress can take over your whole life. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, working through something emotional, or just need your body to stop hurting, she's here to help. No judgment, just genuine care and a lot of experience figuring out what actually works.

Approach

Every session starts with what your body is doing that day, not with a script. Krysta will ask what's going on, watch how you move, and check in as she works. Pressure, pace, and technique change depending on what she finds. She keeps the nervous system in mind the whole time, because a body that feels safe lets go faster than one that's bracing.
Her training runs from massage and lymphatic work to yoga, Ayurvedic principles, breathwork, and sound, and she'll pull from whichever of those fits. Sometimes that means deep pressure on one stubborn spot. Sometimes it means slowing everything down. You don't need to know which one you need. That's her job. You just need to show up and be honest about how you feel.

Who Krysta works with

People come to Krysta for a lot of different reasons. Some have a shoulder that hasn't stopped hurting in months. Some are recovering from surgery and need gentle lymphatic work. Some are pregnant and want a massage from someone who also understands birth. Some feel fine physically but can't get out of their own head, and want a place to slow down. She works with adults of all ages and with kids through Pediatric Massage.
