Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is Krysta's full-body session. You get moderate to deep pressure, hot towels, light stretching, and aromatherapy, with extra time on whatever is bothering you most. There are five lengths from 30 to 120 minutes, starting at $60. The 30-minute session works one area only.

Moderate to deep pressure targets muscle tension and pain, supported by light stretching and aromatherapy. Heated towels prepare the body, and sessions include optional Stillness add-ons (near-infrared light or the salt room) if you want more time to rest.

What happens in a session

You name the spot that's bothering you. Krysta warms the tissue with hot towels, then works through the body: back, legs, arms, neck, face, feet, with extra time on your focus area.

If you'd rather she skip the face and feet and spend that time on your back, say so. Light assisted stretching is worked in. She picks an aromatherapy oil at intake, so tell her if you're sensitive to scent.

Who it's for

The all-rounder. General tightness, stress, post-workout heaviness, and first visits. Pressure is moderate to deep and moves up or down on request.

Choose Chronic Tension Relief instead if you want sustained deep work on one or two areas. Choose Intuitive Massage if you want energy work in the mix.

Before and after

Arrive a few minutes early on your first visit for a short intake. Drink water and skip a big meal in the hour before. You undress to your comfort level and stay covered with a sheet the whole time.

Questions people ask

What's the difference between 60, 75, and 90 minutes?

60 minutes is a complete full-body session. 75 and 90 add time on your focus area without cutting the rest short. 120 is for people who want nothing rushed.

Can you spend the whole time on my back?

Yes. Say so at intake and Krysta will skip the face and feet. If you only want one area worked, book the 30-minute session.

Can I change the pressure?

Always. Moderate to deep is the default, but Krysta checks in and adjusts throughout.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. 3, 5, or 10 sixty-minute sessions. Ask in the studio or find them on the booking menu.
