Intuitive Massage is Krysta's signature session. There's no set routine. She reads what your body is holding and blends Swedish strokes, deep tissue, stretching, and energy work in whatever mix you need that day. Sessions run 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes and start at $150.

A fully personalized session blending various techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, and energetic touch, guided by Krysta's intuitive sense of what your body needs. Each massage helps restore emotional and physical balance.

What happens in a session

The intake goes a little deeper than usual. Krysta asks what's going on physically and what's going on otherwise. She may start with a grounding moment or a breath.

The work shifts as it goes: long Swedish strokes, deeper pressure where it's needed, stillness and light holds. The session ends with a quiet minute or two before you get up.

Who it's for

People who don't know what they need but know they need something. People who want bodywork and energy work in one booking. First-time visitors who'd rather let Krysta decide. Clients often say they leave both looser and calmer.

Before and after

Arrive a few minutes early on your first visit for a short intake. Drink water and skip a big meal in the hour before. Come without an agenda if you can.

Things to tell Krysta

Fever or illness, recent surgery, skin infections, blood thinners. Deep pressure elements are adjusted to you.

What makes it intuitive?

Krysta doesn't follow a script. She works from what she feels in the tissue and what you tell her, and changes technique and pressure as the session goes.

Is there energy work in every session?

Usually some, from light holds to short stretches of stillness. If you'd rather have bodywork only, say so. The session is yours.

How is this different from Therapeutic Massage?

Therapeutic Massage is a structured full-body massage with one focus area. Intuitive Massage is unscripted and adds energetic touch, which is why it costs a little more.

Which length should I choose?

60 is a full session. 90 is the common pick when you want deeper bodywork and energy work in the same visit. 120 if you want nothing rushed.
