Stillness & Aesthetics Co. is the suite at 4109 Little Rd. where Krysta practices. It's the same door you walk through for a massage, a facial, or a coaching session. Alongside the treatment room there's a Sound Lounge, near-infrared red light, and a HaloSalt sauna. You can book them as short rituals that attach to any session with Krysta, so your appointment starts or ends with some quiet time before you head back out.

Sound Lounge

A room built around sound and vibration. You lie down and the frequencies do the work. Most people use it to slow their breathing and settle before or after bodywork. Krysta uses the lounge in the Resonance Ritual and The Stillness Ritual.

NIR Red Light

Near-infrared light in 20-minute sessions. Many clients use it for skin and recovery. It's the shortest ritual on the menu and pairs easily with a facial or a massage.

HaloSalt Sauna

Dry salt therapy (halotherapy) with gentle infrared warmth kept at 88° or less. It's warm, not hot. You breathe fine salt in a quiet room. The Purification Ritual is 55 minutes here, and the Salty Olive Facial opens with 30 minutes in the sauna before the facial begins.

Massage and the other services here are meant to help you relax and feel better in general. They aren't a substitute for medical care, and Krysta doesn't diagnose or treat conditions. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a health issue, check with your provider first and tell Krysta about it at intake.

Do I need to book a massage to use the Sound Lounge or sauna?

On Krysta's menu the rituals are add-ons, so they attach to a session with her. If Stillness sells the lounge, sauna, or red light on their own, that happens through Stillness directly.

How do I add a ritual?

Book your service on Krysta's booking page. During checkout you can add The Stillness Ritual, Resonance Ritual, Purification Ritual, or Radiance Reset. The ritual time is added to your appointment. If you already booked and want to add one, text or call 727-597-3184.

Is it the same address as Krysta's practice?

How warm is the salt sauna?

Gentle infrared warmth, 88° or less. It's meant to be comfortable, not a hot sauna.

Is there a deposit on rituals?

No. Deposits apply to the main service you book. Rituals are added without one.

Can I do a ritual while pregnant or after surgery?

Ask your doctor first, then tell Krysta when you book. She'll help you decide what fits.
