What happens in a session

A short talk and a chakra check-in. You lie clothed on the table. Krysta places crystals at each center and works through them with oils and spoken affirmations. Sound (bowls, chimes) closes the session. She tells you what she noticed before you go.

Who it's for

People who feel scattered, flat, or off without a physical reason. People already drawn to energy work or meditation. Clients often say they feel calmer and clearer afterward. A practice, not a treatment.

Before and after

Comfortable clothes. Tell Krysta about scent sensitivities, since oils are used. Drink water. Journal afterward if that's your thing.

Do I need to believe in chakras?

No. Plenty of clients treat it as a guided hour of stillness with sound and scent. Come curious. The language is a framework, not a requirement.

Is there massage involved?

Light touch and hands-on holds, but this isn't a massage. If you want both, Intuitive Massage blends bodywork with energy work.

What is the chakra check-in?

A few minutes at the start where Krysta senses each center and you share where you feel tension or flatness. It decides where the session spends the most time.

How often should I come?

There's no set schedule. Some people come at transitions or when they feel drained. Others come monthly.
