Reflexology Massage here is Thai foot reflexology. Krysta uses her hands and a smooth wooden stick to press specific points on your feet and lower legs. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and start at $75. Most people walk out feeling grounded and lighter on their feet.
30–60 min · from $75
A 30 or 60 minute Thai foot reflexology session using a smooth wooden stick to stimulate pressure points that Thai tradition maps to the rest of the body. It's relaxing and grounding. Includes heated towels and optional near-infrared light or the salt room to finish.

Questions people ask
Does the wooden stick hurt?
It presses precisely, so tender points can feel intense. It should stay at a good hurt. If anything feels sharp, say so and Krysta eases off.
Do I need to undress?
No. Just roll your pants above the knee.
Is reflexology the same as a foot massage?
A foot massage is general kneading. Thai reflexology follows a set sequence of points with sustained pressure and the wooden stick, so it feels more targeted.
Can I add reflexology to a massage instead?
Yes. The Mini Reflexology add-on is 30 minutes for $75 and attaches to any table session.
