Questions people ask
Is this therapy?
No. Embodiment coaching is body-based personal work, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Plenty of clients do it alongside therapy. It doesn't replace it.
Do I have to move or exercise?
Movement is gentle and optional. Some sessions are mostly breath and stillness. Others include functional movement. It follows what you need that day.
What is the 12-week program?
Twelve weekly 60-minute sessions. It builds from grounding and breath through somatic release into functional movement, with practices to do between sessions.
Can I book a single session first?
Yes. Most people start with one 60-minute session or a free Clarity Call and go from there.
