Functional Movement Sessions
A Functional Movement Session starts with Krysta watching how you actually move: squatting, reaching, walking, breathing. It ends with a short set of exercises you can do at home. Sessions are 60 minutes and are booked as 1:1 Embodiment Coaching ($111). If you're not sure, a free Clarity Call is the easy first step.
1 hr · $111
Krysta assesses how you're moving now and teaches you corrective exercises that improve posture, mobility, and strength. Great for managing chronic pain or learning to move more intentionally and confidently in everyday life.

Questions people ask
Is this physical therapy?
No. Krysta is a licensed massage therapist and embodiment coach, not a physical therapist. If you have an injury or a diagnosis, follow your provider's plan. These sessions can work alongside it.
How do I book it?
Choose 1:1 Embodiment Coaching on the booking page and write "functional movement" in the notes. Or book a free Clarity Call and Krysta will set it up.
Will I get homework?
Yes, a short sequence of 3 to 5 movements. Ten minutes most days does more than one long session.
Should I do this or get a massage?
Both help. Massage eases what's tight now. Movement sessions work on the pattern that keeps making it tight.
Massage and the other services here are meant to help you relax and feel better in general. They aren't a substitute for medical care, and Krysta doesn't diagnose or treat conditions. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a health issue, check with your provider first and tell Krysta about it at intake.
