Krysta Smith
Licensed massage therapist · embodiment coach · doula
Krysta Smith is a licensed massage therapist, embodiment coach, yoga teacher and birth doula working out of a small studio in New Port Richey, Florida. She got into this work in 2014, after her first child, when anxiety and overwhelm pushed her to look for something that actually helped. Yoga came first, then meditation, herbalism, breathwork and sound. In 2019 she added her massage license so she could put everything she'd learned about the body into her hands. You can read more about Krysta and how she works.
Her sessions lean on Ayurvedic principles and a lot of attention to the nervous system. She trained in NeoLifting® facial massage, lymphatic drainage, Thai foot reflexology, Ayurvedic Thai massage, prenatal work and sound meditation, and she keeps adding to that list because bodies keep surprising her.
The Journal is where she writes down the things she explains on the table every week: what a session feels like, which one to book, what the research supports and what it doesn't. She writes the way she talks. No hype, no promises she can't keep, and a clear line between what helps people feel better and what needs a doctor.
Her studio shares a suite with Stillness & Aesthetics Co. at 4109 Little Rd, Suite 102.
