Prenatal Thai Massage
Prenatal Thai Massage adapts Thai yoga massage for pregnancy. You stay clothed, positions are changed for a growing belly, and Krysta uses light compression, line work along the body's energy lines, and sound instead of deep stretching. It's one 60-minute session at $145.

Questions people ask
Is Thai massage safe in pregnancy?
This session is built for it. No deep stretching, no pressure on the belly, and only side-lying or supported positions. As with any bodywork in pregnancy, check with your provider first, especially early on.
Do I get on the floor?
The session is on a padded mat with bolsters, and Krysta helps you into and out of every position. If getting down is uncomfortable, tell her when you book and she'll adjust.
Why is there sound at the end?
A few minutes of bowls or drum help you settle after the movement. It's part of how Krysta does this session.
Can I book this and Prenatal Massage?
Yes. Many clients alternate. Book whichever fits how you feel that week.
Massage and the other services here are meant to help you relax and feel better in general. They aren't a substitute for medical care, and Krysta doesn't diagnose or treat conditions. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a health issue, check with your provider first and tell Krysta about it at intake.
